backwards. during the new order. In the form of momentum to avoid abuse of power, the
concept of applying for office with the concept of Only one re-election is an appropriate
concept adopted by Indonesia today to allow minimizing the practice of abuse of power by
limiting power as regulated in the constitution of the Unitary State of the Republic of
Indonesia.
