KESIMPULAN
Berdasarkan temuan pada penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada bidang
manajemen sumber daya manusia. Khususnya pada perceived organizational support
(POS), organizational virtuousness (OV), employee well-being (EWB), dan kinerja.
Pemberian dukungan dengan optimal dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sosio-emosional
pada Abdi Dalem dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan Abdi Dalem bahwa organisasi tempat
mereka bekerja memperdulikan kesejahteraan orang-orang di dalamnya sehingga output
yang diberikan untuk organisasi berupa kinerja yang maksimal dan sesuai dengan standar
yang ditetapkan.
