Persimpangan Generasi dalam Birokrasi: Dinamika dan Tantangan Pengelolaan ASN Muda

Era birokrasi modern menuntut tata kelola sumber daya manusia yang adaptif terhadap perubahan zaman, terutama dalam menghadapi hadirnya ASN generasi muda yang akan mengambil alih kepemimpinan di masa depan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan pengelolaan ASN muda di instansi pemerintah dengan menggunakan pendekatan narrative literature review terhadap sembilan artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian mengidentifikasi bahwa ketidaksesuaian antara sistem birokrasi yang masih hierarkis, kaku, dan formal dengan nilai-nilai Generasi Z dan milenial menjadi hambatan utama dalam optimalisasi peran mereka. Tiga aspek utama menjadi perhatian: kepemimpinan yang belum transformatif, sistem kerja yang belum fleksibel, dan budaya organisasi yang belum inklusif terhadap perbedaan preferensi antar generasi. Kajian ini juga menyoroti perlunya langkah strategis yang bersifat kolaboratif dan berorientasi pada nilai, melalui penguatan sistem merit, implementasi Smart ASN, serta penciptaan iklim kerja yang mampu menjembatani gap antar generasi. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi penguatan manajemen talenta ASN serta mendukung arah reformasi birokrasi menuju birokrasi yang dinamis, adaptif, dan humanistik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen self assessment (penilaian diri) yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur dan membentuk perilaku ibadah siswa di SMKN 2 Cikarang Barat Bekasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh menurunnya sikap religius dan nilai-nilai karakter siswa, khususnya setelah diberlakukannya pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Pembiasaan ibadah dipandang sebagai salah satu strategi penting dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di lingkungan sekolah menengah kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan mixed method, yaitu gabungan antara metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Proses pengembangan instrumen meliputi tahapan studi pendahuluan, perancangan, pengembangan prototipe, uji coba terbatas, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen self assessment yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran serta konsistensi siswa dalam beribadah. Selain itu, instrumen ini juga mempermudah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengevaluasi perilaku ibadah siswa secara objektif dan sistematis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter religius di lingkungan SMK.

Urgency Of Coal Mining Law Reform Based On The Principle Of Natural Benefits For Community Welfare And Environmental Sustainability

Coal mining as a strategic sector in national development in Indonesia often causes conflicts between economic interests, public welfare, and environmental sustainability. The existing mining legal system is considered not to have fully accommodated the principle of fair use of nature. The principle of natural benefit emphasizes that natural resources must be utilized as much as possible for the welfare of the people while maintaining their sustainability. Therefore, it is necessary to reform mining law that is not only oriented towards economic growth, but also pays attention to social justice and environmental sustainability as an implementation of Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution. This study uses a normative legal method with a conceptual and philosophical approach, through an analysis of laws and regulations, legal doctrines, and relevant scientific literature. The results of the study indicate that reforming coal mining law based on the principle of natural benefit can encourage the creation of a balance between the interests of the state, society, and the environment in a sustainable manner.

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang : Dalam era digital, platform media sosial seperti TikTok berperan penting dalam pemasaran e-commerce di Indonesia yang terus berkembang pesat. TikTok menyediakan fitur live streaming yang memungkinkan interaksi real-time antara host dengan konsumen, meningkatkan kepercayaan dan memungkinkan demonstrasi produk secara langsung. Studi ini meneliti penggunaan humor oleh Mas Fajar sebagai host dalam live streaming akun TikTok Batiksanarakarta, yang terbukti memperkuat hubungan dengan audiens dan meningkatkan brand awareness. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi dan analisis konten live streaming. Hasil menunjukkan humor yang cerdas dan gaya komunikasi menarik Mas Fajar meningkatkan keterlibatan audiens dan memperkuat persepsi positif terhadap merek. Kesimpulannya, humor berperan sebagai isyarat periferal yang efektif dalam komunikasi persuasif digital, memperkuat interaksi dua arah dan kesadaran merek di platform TikTok. Temuan ini mendukung teori Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM), pertukaran sosial, dan interaksi parasosial dalam konteks pemasaran digital.

Tujuan : Menganalisis bagaimana penggunaan humor oleh Mas Fajar sebagai host live streaming di TikTok Batik Sanarakarta berperan sebagai strategi komunikasi persuasif dalam meningkatkan interaksi dan keterlibatan audiens secara real-time.

Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasional dan deskriptif, serta analisis tematik untuk mengkaji gaya komunikasi Mas Fajar sebagai host live streaming di TikTok Batik Sanarakarta, terutama dalam penggunaan humor dan interaksi dua arah dengan audiens secara real-time.

Hasil: Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa humor yang digunakan oleh Mas Fajar sebagai host live streaming di TikTok Batik Sanarakarta berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi yang efektif dalam membangun interaksi dua arah yang hangat dan akrab dengan audiens. Humor tersebut tidak hanya meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kehadiran sosial, tetapi juga memperkuat daya tarik pesan pemasaran sehingga mampu mempengaruhi minat beli penonton secara real-time.

Kesimpulan : Humor yang digunakan oleh Mas Fajar dalam live streaming TikTok Batik Sanarakarta efektif membangun interaksi hangat dan meningkatkan keterlibatan audiens secara langsung, memperkuat daya tarik pesan pemasaran dan minat beli. Penelitian ini menegaskan humor sebagai strategi komunikasi persuasif yang kuat sesuai dengan teori ELM, pertukaran sosial, dan interaksi parasosial.

Background: In the digital era, social media platforms such as TikTok play an important role in e-commerce marketing in Indonesia which continues to grow rapidly. TikTok provides a live streaming feature that allows real-time interaction between marketers and consumers, increasing trust and allowing for direct product demonstrations. This study examines the use of humor by Mas Fajar as a host in the live streaming of the Batiksanarakarta TikTok account, which has been shown to strengthen relationships with audiences and increase brand awareness. The study used a qualitative approach through observation and analysis of live streaming content. The results show that Mas Fajar's intelligent humor and interesting communication style increase audience engagement and strengthen positive perceptions of the brand. In conclusion, humor acts as an effective peripheral cue in digital persuasive communication, strengthening two-way interactions and brand awareness on the TikTok platform. These findings support the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) theory, social exchange, and parasocial interaction in the context of digital marketing.

Purpose: Analyzing how the use of humor by Mas Fajar as a live streaming host on TikTok Batik Sanarakarta plays a role as a persuasive communication strategy in increasing audience interaction and engagement in real-time.

Methods: This study uses a qualitative method with an observational and descriptive approach, as well as thematic analysis to examine Mas Fajar's communication style as a live streaming host on TikTok Batik Sanarakarta, especially in the use of humor and two-way interaction with the audience in real-time.

Results: This study found that the humor used by Mas Fajar as a live streaming host on TikTok Batik Sanarakarta functions as an effective communication tool in building warm and intimate two-way interactions with the audience. The humor not only increases engagement and social presence, but also strengthens the marketing appeal of the message so that it can influence the audience's buying interest in real-time.

Analisis Implementasi Prinsip-Prinsip Syariah Dalam Produk RAHN (GADAI) Di Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pontianak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi prinsip-prinsip syariah, khususnya keadilan, transparansi, dan pengawasan, dalam produk rahn (gadai) di Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi institusional terhadap pimpinan, petugas Pegadaian, Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS), serta nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip keadilan tercermin dalam proses penilaian barang jaminan yang dilakukan secara profesional oleh tim penaksir bersertifikat, tanpa diskriminasi terhadap latar belakang ekonomi nasabah. Transparansi juga telah diterapkan melalui pemberian informasi biaya secara tertulis dan lisan, meskipun masih terdapat kendala pemahaman nasabah terkait rincian biaya administrasi. Pengawasan syariah oleh DPS dilaksanakan melalui audit berkala dan pembinaan kepada pegawai, namun keterlibatan langsung dengan nasabah masih perlu ditingkatkan. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi mencakup persepsi ketidakadilan dalam penilaian, kurangnya literasi keuangan syariah, dan keterbatasan dalam digitalisasi layanan. Strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan yang diusulkan antara lain penguatan sistem digitalisasi penaksiran barang, optimalisasi peran DPS, serta sosialisasi edukatif berbasis media digital. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi prinsip-prinsip syariah di Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Pontianak telah berjalan cukup baik, terutama dalam aspek keadilan dan transparansi. Namun, peningkatan masih diperlukan dalam sosialisasi literasi syariah kepada masyarakat serta percepatan transformasi digital layanan rahn. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik Pegadaian Syariah untuk menghadirkan layanan keuangan syariah yang lebih adil, inklusif, dan terpercaya.

The digitalization of the coal mining sector through the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology represents a strategic step toward enhancing efficiency, transparency, and sustainability in the extractive industry. However, the implementation of AI in this sector still faces complex legal challenges, including regulatory gaps, weak institutional coordination, and the absence of national technical standards. This study aims to examine the challenges and prospects of national legal reform in supporting the digital transformation of coal mining through a normative juridical approach. The method employed is library research with descriptive qualitative analysis and comparative studies of regulations in other countries such as Australia and Canada. The findings indicate the necessity for regulatory revision, the establishment of AI standards, and multi-stakeholder collaboration as key factors for the success of national legal reform in the mining digitalization era. This study recommends accelerating the formulation of AI regulations in the mining sector as part of the national digital transformation strategy.

Pengaruh Model AIDA Melalui Instagram Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Panda Ramen

This study aims to examine the influence of Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action (AIDA) in digital marketing through Instagram on consumers' purchase decisions at Panda Ramen. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents using purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS through Exploratory Factor Analysis to obtain factor scores, which were then examined using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that partially the Attention, Desire, and Action variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the Interest variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Panda Ramen consumers. Simultaneously, the four variables also show a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Panda Ramen consumers. Of the four variables, Action is the factor that has the most dominant effect on purchasing decisions. The regression coefficient values of each variable are: Attention (0.204), Desire (0.208), Action (0.551), and Interest (0.055) which are not significant because the p-value is above 0.05. These findings are expected to provide a foundation for Panda Ramen’s management to optimize their digital marketing strategies, particularly by creating Instagram content that can effectively attract attention, evoke desire, and encourage consumers to take purchasing action.

Technological and financial advances in Indonesia have had a significant impact. Intense market competition triggers changes in competition between companies. Linkaja is a digital financial service that was merged between Telkomsel and members of a state-owned enterprise (BUMN), one of the four top-ranked E-wallet platforms in Indonesia. In 2020, Linkaja signed a funding agreement of $100 million in a series B round. However, these funds have not provided good service to ensure customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction provided by the Linkaja E-wallet. This research is a quantitative study; the sample used was 100 Linkaja E-wallet users in the city of Yogyakarta, divided into gender and age groups. While the data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis and importance performance analysis, the results of the analysis show that service quality has a positive or significant effect on customer satisfaction given the Linkaja E-wallet. While the results of the importance performance analysis through the calculation of Tki found a total score of 95.99% in this case, indicating that the quality of services provided by the Linkaja E-wallet company has not met consumer satisfaction, Meanwhile, the 12 attribute statements show three attributes that the Linkaja E-wallet must improve, namely attributes regarding promo prices, customer service, and in-app fonts.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty on consumer decision-making in choosing international travel services at Aya Tour & Travel. This research uses a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 121 respondents who have experience or intention to use the service. The analysis results show that Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on the Decision-Making process, where consumers with high brand awareness of Aya Tour & Travel are more confident and motivated to choose the service. Brand Loyalty also has a positive and significant impact on the Decision-Making process, with consumers who are loyal to the brand more likely to make repeat selections or recommend Aya Tour & Travel to others. Simultaneously, both Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty positively and significantly affect Decision-Making, where these two variables complement each other and contribute to influencing consumer decisions. These findings provide valuable insights for Aya Tour & Travel's management in formulating more effective marketing strategies based on brand awareness and loyalty.

Tax Planning is one of the methods used by taxpayers to minimize taxes in order to gain significant benefits. Every taxpayer registered as a Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP) has an obligation to pay and report Value Added Tax (VAT). In addition to these obligations, taxpayers also have the right to engage in tax planning for the VAT they report, as long as it complies with the Minister of Finance Regulations (PMK) and Government Regulations (PER). Companies such as PT Prima Widodo Makmur, PT Transworld Solution Jakarta Selatan, and PT MM have implemented tax planning or management planning strategies for VAT, with the objective of minimizing tax payments to obtain significant financial advantages. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review technique to examine the strategies employed by these three companies.

Pasca integrasi perusahaan, XLSMART menghadapi tantangan dalam menyatukan nilai-nilai budaya organisasi yang berbeda menjadi satu identitas korporasi yang kohesif. Perbedaan latar belakang budaya dari masing-masing entitas berpotensi menimbulkan resistensi, menurunkan keterlibatan karyawan, dan menghambat pencapaian tujuan strategis perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi implementasi budaya perusahaan yang efektif guna meningkatkan keterlibatan serta kinerja karyawan di tengah proses transformasi organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus di lingkungan internal XLSMART. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan manajemen dan karyawan, observasi langsung terhadap dinamika organisasi, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan integrasi budaya sangat dipengaruhi oleh tiga elemen utama: komunikasi dua arah yang terbuka dan konsisten, kepemimpinan yang berperan aktif sebagai teladan dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai perusahaan, serta program pelibatan karyawan yang dirancang secara relevan dan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam merancang strategi manajemen perubahan, khususnya dalam konteks pasca-merger dan akuisisi. Dengan strategi yang tepat, perusahaan dapat menciptakan budaya kerja yang harmonis, memperkuat rasa memiliki karyawan, dan mendorong peningkatan kinerja organisasi secara menyeluruh.

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Aragon Tambang Pratama. The research employed a quantitative approach with causal associative design involving 59 respondents from the operational division. Data were collected through Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results indicate that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance (β=0.098, p=0.019). Work discipline proved to be the most dominant variable with highly significant influence (β=0.910, p=0.000). Conversely, work motivation does not significantly affect employee performance (β=-0.013, p=0.475). Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence employee performance with F=1183.656 (p=0.000). The research model explains 98.4% of employee performance variation (Adjusted R²=0.984). These findings indicate that in the mining industry context, work discipline becomes a key determining factor of performance, followed by transformational leadership, while work motivation does not contribute significantly. Practical implications emphasize the importance of developing effective work discipline systems and strengthening transformational leadership capacity to sustainably improve employee performance. The study provides valuable insights for management in identifying performance-influencing factors and developing appropriate strategies in the mining industry context.

Analisis Pengaruh Price, Promotion, People dan Process Terhadap Keputusan Pengajuan Kredit di PT. BPR NBP 15 –Tanah Karo

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Price, Promotion, People, dan Process terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam mengajukan kredit pada PT. BPR NBP 15 – Tanah Karo. Permasalahan bermula dari penurunan jumlah peminjam meskipun terjadi peningkatan nilai total kredit yang disalurkan. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari keempat variabel tersebut serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling dominan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, berdasarkan data primer dari 204 nasabah aktif melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa variabel Process berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pengajuan kredit, sedangkan variabel Price, Promotion, dan People tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik, namun tetap relevan secara praktis, menjadi bahan pertimbangan utama dalam menyusun strategi peningkatan kinerja kredit. Studi ini merekomendasikan peningkatan efisiensi prosedur penguatan kompetensi peran karyawan, dan pembaruan strategi promosi untuk memperkuat pengambilan keputusan nasabah dalam layanan mikrobanking.

This study aims to determine the success factors in implementing the Business Agility concept and the Business Agility marketing strategy carried out whether it affects the addition of airport revenue through the Non Aeronautical side. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method to provide innovation in the application of the Business Agility concept at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport. The results showed that the Business Agility concept to increase airport revenue through the Non Aeronautical side by organizing events that are in accordance with the conditions of the local community and collaborating between the airport management with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the community through the Non Aeronautical side and efforts to increase customer satisfaction and interest in air transportation services, as well as several other benefits. Hubungan Antara Tingkat Kecemasan Dengan Derajat Hipertensi Pada Lansia di Kelurahan Rawa Makmur Wilayah Puskesmas Palaran Samarinda

Hipertensi telah menjadi masalah kesehatan global yang prevalensinya terus meningkat, terutama pada populasi lansia. Faktor psikologis seperti kecemasan sering kali kurang mendapat perhatian dalam penatalaksanaan hipertensi, padahal berbagai penelitian menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan antara kondisi psikologis dengan peningkatan tekanan darah. Di Kelurahan Rawa Makmur, wilayah kerja Puskesmas Palaran Samarinda, kasus hipertensi menempati posisi tertinggi dengan 5.638 penderita pada tahun 2023. Studi pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa 40% lansia hipertensi di wilayah tersebut mengalami gejala kecemasan, yang diduga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan derajat hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan derajat hipertensi pada lansia di Kelurahan Rawa Makmur wilayah Puskesmas Palaran Samarinda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Dari 135 responden, ditemukan bahwa mayoritas lansia mengalami hipertensi derajat 1 dan memiliki tingkat kecemasan yang bervariasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tingkat kecemasan dan derajat hipertensi (p = 0,003; r = 0,253). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam manajemen hipertensi lansia yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek fisik, tetapi juga memperhatikan kondisi psikologis seperti kecemasan. Intervensi yang mengintegrasikan skrining kesehatan mental dan terapi psikososial direkomendasikan untuk mengoptimalkan pengendalian tekanan darah pada populasi ini.

Sampel berjumlah 60 responden yang terdiri dari staf marketing, R&D, digital strategist, dan manajer distribusi, dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria berpengalaman ≥ 2 tahun di bidangnya dan terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk, transformasi digital, dan strategi pemasaran secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pemasaran, dengan strategi pemasaran sebagai faktor paling dominan. Efektivitas pemasaran juga berperan sebagai mediasi yang kuat dalam peningkatan daya saing perusahaan. Strategi implementasi pemasaran berbasis inovasi dan transformasi digital yang diterapkan oleh PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas pemasaran dan daya saing perusahaan. Inovasi produk yang berkelanjutan, integrasi digital dalam proses pemasaran, serta strategi komunikasi yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan pasar terbukti mampu meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen, efisiensi biaya pemasaran, dan penguatan posisi perusahaan di pasar domestik maupun ASEAN. Paracetamol merupakan derivat asetanilida yang digunakan sebagai analgetik antipiretik. Paracetamol dianggap sebagai zat antinyeri yang paling aman. Umumnya obat dalam bentuk cair lebih disukai karena mudahnya menelan cairan dan keluwesan dalam pemberian dosis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh suhu penyimpanan terhadap kadar sediaan sirup paracetamol setelah disimpan pada suhu ruang dan suhu es selama 7 hari.Jenis penelitian ini adalah experimental analitik. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sirup merk X yang berada di apotek Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan setelah sampel disimpan pada suhu ruang dan suhu es selama 7 hari. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan thermometer suhu dan spektrofotometer Shimadzu UV mini 1240. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata kadar sediaan sirup paracetamol dalam 5 mL pada suhu ruang batch CF9827 sebesar 109,33, CF9835 sebesar 116,3, CG9697 sebesar 127,66, CF9771 sebesar 119,21 dan CG9795 sebesar 111,5, sedangkan kadar paracetamol sediaan sirup dalam 5 mL pada suhu lemari pendingin batch CF9827 sebesar 110,73, CF9835 sebesar 111,9, CG9697 sebesar 116, CF9771 sebesar 117,8 dan CG9795 sebesar 117,5. Hasil uji normalitas data tidak terdistribusi normal, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji Wilcoxon Sigh Rank Test didapatkan hasil tidak ada pengaruh suhu terhadap kadar paracetamol sediaan sirup selama penyimpanan 7 (tujuh) hari.

This study aims to see the effect of diverse moderation and individual analytical skills on the quarter life crisis. The respondents in this study were 53 people from class XII MAN Pacitan in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The results of the study showed that religious moderation had an effect on the quarter life crisis, and religious moderation and analytical skills together influenced the individual's quarter life crisis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Manado. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Data dikumpulkan dari 123 responden yang merupakan guru di sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sementara motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 85,8% terhadap variasi kinerja guru.

The development of digital technology and the push for sustainable investment require reform of national land law. Rigid legal systems, overlapping regulations, and limited spatial data are obstacles to realizing efficient, transparent, and accountable land governance. This article aims to examine the urgency of national land law reform in responding to the challenges of digitalization and the need for equitable investment. This study uses a juridical-normative method with a conceptual approach and critical analysis of applicable land regulations and policies. The results of the study indicate that land law reform must integrate the principles of good governance, digitalization of land services, and protection of community interests. The formation of regulations that are adaptive to technological developments and guarantee agrarian justice are the main prerequisites for providing legal certainty and supporting sustainable investment in the land sector.

Salah satu kasus menarik adalah viralnya seorang anak bernama Ara, yang menjadi sorotan publik karena gaya bicaranya yang khas. Fenomena ini memicu beragam respons, mulai dari apresiasi hingga kritik terhadap penggunaan bahasa anak di ruang digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana cara bicara Ara merepresentasikan dinamika sosial serta persepsi masyarakat terhadap bahasa anak di ruang publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana kualitatif, dengan data yang diperoleh dari video Ara yang viral serta respons publik di platform media sosial TikTok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa yang digunakan Ara memiliki karakteristik unik yang mencerminkan kreativitas linguistik anak, dipengaruhi oleh pola komunikasi keluarga serta ekspektasi sosial yang lebih luas. Respons masyarakat bervariasi, mencerminkan norma sosial tentang bagaimana seorang anak seharusnya berbicara. Dari perspektif sosiolinguistik, bahasa Ara menunjukkan variasi register, strategi komunikasi, serta posisinya dalam wacana digital. Sementara dari perspektif antropolinguistik, pola komunikasi Ara dibentuk oleh interaksi keluarga, terutama melalui metode pengasuhan yang mengintegrasikan Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Sebagai institusi pendidikan keagamaan di wilayah kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, pondok pesantren HPAIC Merapi mengemban tugas menyajikan pengajaran agama secara menyeluruh sambil memadukan keilmuan terkini dengan ajaran keislaman. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap pondok pesantren HPAIC Merapi mengakibatkan timbulnya tantangan terkait monitoring pembelajaran, terutama ketika jumlah santri yang menuntut ilmu terus bertambah. Permasalahan pokok yang dihadapi oleh pengelola pondok pesantren HPAIC Merapi berkaitan dengan aktivitas monitoring pembelajaran santri beserta berbagai laporan, mencakup laporan pembelajaran santri kepada wali murid, laporan kondisi fasilitas, dan laporan administrasi. Seluruh kegiatan tersebut masih menggunakan cara manual yang mengakibatkan proses menjadi tidak efisien dan belum tersedianya dokumentasi sistematis untuk setiap laporan yang diterima pondok pesantren HPAIC Merapi. Sebagai solusi, diperlukan sistem monitoring yang mampu mengoptimalkan pengelolaan aktivitas belajar santri, terutama untuk mencatat perkembangan pembelajaran dan capaian hafalan per minggu, bulan, semester, hingga tahun. Guna menghasilkan sistem monitoring yang tepat guna, perlu dilaksanakan pengamatan mendalam terkait hambatan yang ditemui pengelola, sehingga rancangan sistem yang dihasilkan dapat mengakomodasi keperluan pengurus pondok pesantren HPAIC Merapi. Perancangan sistem monitoring untuk pondok pesantren HPAIC Merapi memanfaatkan metode pengembangan digital high-fidelity prototype yang dioperasikan melalui figma. Proses evaluasi akan menerapkan metode pengujian usability yang menitikberatkan pada aspek kemudahan pemahaman dan pengoperasian sistem oleh pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem monitoring di pondok pesantren HPAIC Merapi, terungkap bahwa seluruh fitur dan fungsi sistem beroperasi secara optimal. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem tersebut telah mencapai kriteria fungsionalitas yang diharapkan serta mampu menyediakan pelayanan yang memenuhi kebutuhan dan ekspektasi pengguna. Keberhasilan sistem ini tercermin dari manfaat yang diperoleh pengurus pondok pesantren, khususnya dalam memudahkan aktivitas monitoring belajar santri.

Digital transformation has changed the face of the music industry in Indonesia. Music can now be easily accessed, disseminated, and enjoyed through various digital platforms. However, this convenience is not accompanied by adequate legal protection of copyright, especially in the context of digital transmission. The Electronic Information and Transaction Law (ITE Law) has not explicitly protected musical works from violations committed in the digital realm. This paper examines the urgency of reforming the ITE Law in ensuring legal protection of music copyright, through a normative approach with an analysis of laws and regulations and scientific literature. The results of the study show that the revision of the ITE Law is crucial to accommodate technological developments and the creative economy, as well as provide legal certainty for music industry creators and players.

The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) holds the primary mandate to maintain international peace and security; however, the effectiveness of its interventions in responding to serious violations of international humanitarian law (IHL)—including genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity continues to exhibit significant shortcomings. This study aims to evaluate the politico-legal determinants that affect the effectiveness of the UNSC and to formulate a transformative and adaptive institutional policy approach in response to the dynamics of contemporary conflicts. Employing a qualitative methodology, the research utilizes document analysis, normative review, and institutional evaluation based on case studies such as Syria, Libya, and Darfur. The findings reveal that the dominance of the veto power, weak institutional interoperability, and the absence of evidence-based compliance mechanisms are among the main factors contributing to the Council’s ineffectiveness in enforcing IHL. A normative-operational interoperability model is proposed as a new conceptual approach to integrate legal, technical, and responsive aspects within intervention mandates. It is recommended that institutional reform of the UNSC include limiting veto use in cases of mass atrocities, establishing a humanitarian law verification unit, and integrating predictive digital systems as part of mandate strengthening. Such reforms are essential to ensure the continued relevance and credibility of the UNSC within the future architecture of global security governance.

The use of wildlife in Indonesia has an important role in biodiversity conservation and natural resource-based economic development. However, the practice of its use must be strictly controlled through legal and sustainable licensing. This study aims to analyze regulations, procedures, and challenges in the implementation of Wildlife Utilization Business Licenses (IUPS) in Indonesia. With a normative juridical approach and case studies on several business actors, it was found that although regulations have been regulated through the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry, their implementation still faces obstacles such as weak supervision, illegal licensing practices, and lack of coordination between agencies. In addition, there is an inequality between conservation interests and economic needs that require more adaptive and ecosystem-based policies. This study suggests the need to reformulate licensing policies, increase law enforcement capacity, and strengthen monitoring systems as an effort to realize sustainable and responsible wildlife utilization.

This study examines the impact of the AISAS model (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share) on Generation Z's purchase decisions on the Shopee e-commerce platform in Bandung. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design, the research analyzes the behavior of Generation Z consumers, who are digital natives, in making online purchases. The findings indicate that the Action variable has the most significant influence on purchase decisions, followed by Interest and Attention, while Share has a secondary role in reinforcing the purchase decision. The study demonstrates that the AISAS model is effective in explaining Generation Z's online shopping behavior, with significant contributions from user-friendly transactions, promotions, and social media interaction. The research emphasizes the importance of integrating digital marketing strategies with user experiences to attract and retain Generation Z consumers.

Immediate hypersensitivity reactions are one of the leading causes of morbidity in the world. Immediate hypersensitivity reactions occur immediately following exposure to the antigen. This reaction can manifest as mild, such as itching, or severe, such as bronchospasm, shock, and death. Immediate hypersensitivity reactions are included in type 1 hypersensitivity reactions which are mediated by immunoglobulin E. In some cases, there are conditions where a patient must consume a known allergen, which is usually in the form of a drug due to an illness. This condition often occurs in patients with infections for whom there are no other antibiotic options or in patients with cardiovascular disorders who must take aspirin. Rapid desensitization is a modality that can be used to treat this condition. This procedure aims to induce tolerance to a known allergen. This procedure has several stages and must be carried out with close monitoring. The end result of this procedure is the induction of tolerance to allergens, so that these allergens can be safely used by patients. Horizontal and vertical conflicts that have occurred in Indonesia in recent decades have given birth to various forms of gross human rights violations, such as mass killings, torture, and enforced disappearances. However, the existing human rights justice mechanism has not been able to provide substantive justice and legal certainty for victims. Structural and procedural weaknesses in the judicial system, as well as the limited authority of investigative agencies, are the main inhibiting factors in the resolution of these cases. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the applicable human rights justice mechanisms and offer a systemic form of legal reform. The method used is juridical-normative with a legislative and conceptual approach. Data was collected through a literature study of primary and secondary legal sources. The results of the study show the urgency of comprehensive reform in the human rights justice system to ensure accountability of perpetrators, recovery for victims, and prevention of future violations.

Pharmaceutical quality management is an important process in ensuring that pharmaceutical services meet predetermined standards and provide optimal benefits for patients. However, stockout and stagnant problems are still often found that interfere with the smooth service to patients. This study aims to identify the factors that cause stock out and stagnation and formulate a prevention strategy. The method used is a literature review of six national articles published from 2021 to 2025, with a focus on hospital pharmaceutical institutions in Indonesia. The results of the study show that the main causes include inaccurate planning of drug needs, delays in distribution from suppliers, inconsistencies in the number and competence of pharmaceutical personnel, and the lack of optimal pharmaceutical management information systems. To overcome these problems, recommended strategies include consumption data-based planning, the use of integrated information systems, periodic stock audits, training of pharmaceutical personnel, and increased coordination with distributors. It is hoped that this finding can be the basis for improving the pharmacy logistics system of hospitals in Indonesia to ensure the availability of effective and efficient drugs

This study aims to analyze the influence of BOPO, EPS, LDR, NPL, and ROE ratios on the stock prices of major state-owned banks in Indonesia. The background highlights the strategic role of state-owned banks in supporting national economic stability, along with the stock price fluctuations that occurred in 2024 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, posing challenges for investors. The research applies a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of financial ratios on stock prices. The data used consists of quarterly financial reports of BNI, BRI, and Bank Mandiri for the period from 2020 to 2024. Analytical techniques include classical assumption tests, regression analysis, F and t tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results reveal that, simultaneously, BOPO, EPS, LDR, NPL, and ROE significantly affect the stock prices of major state-owned banks, with an R² value of 0.961. Partially, BOPO and NPL have a significant negative impact on stock prices, while EPS, LDR, and ROE exert a significant positive influence. These findings underscore the importance for bank management to effectively manage these financial ratios to improve stock value, attract investors, and contribute positively to the stability and growth of Indonesia’s capital market.

Pada sistem kelistrikan industri, karakteristik beban akan berpengaruh besar terhadap operasi ekonomis sistem. Pada umumnya peralatan proses insdustri menggunakan motor-motor listrik sebagai penggeraknya, dimana motor-motor listrik ini akan mengasilkan beban reaktif yang akan membebeni jaringan dan juga sistem pembangkitan listriknya.

Beban reaktif merupakan masalah komplek pada sistem kelistrikan yang akan berpengaruh terhadap jatuh tegangan, rugi-rugi daya hingga menurunkan kualitas daya listrik. Pengasutan motor besar dalam sistem kelistrikan insdurtri menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Motor-motor induksi akan memerlukan arus 5-10 kali lipat lebih besar pada saat pengasutan, dan juga menghasilkan beban reaktif yang cukup besar. Pengasutan motor dapat menyebabkan drop tegangan, peralatan yang sensitive akan mengalampi penurunan performa, kegagalan operasi bahkan mengakibatkan kerusakan peralatan. Beberapa sistem pengasutan telah dikembangkan, diantaranya Star-delta, Electronis Soft-starter, Auto Transformer, Variable Speed Drive (VSD) hingga pengasutan dengan Kapasitor. Analisa ini membandingakan pengasutan motor 450kW, 6kV dengan metode direct Online (DOL) dan dengan dengan nambahkan Static Var Copensator (SVC), dengan menggunakan bantuan software ETAP. Studi Pengasutan ini dilakukan berdasarkan kasus yang terjadi di Project Fasilitas Pengolahan Gas, Azerbaijan. Pengasutan sebenarnya menggunakan across-the-line (DOL), namun ada bebrapa kendala seperti voltage drop selama durasi pengasutan dan arus yang cukup besar diperlukan dari line GRID sehingga mengganggu sistem dan juga berdampak pada gardu utama yang berada 1.3km dari lokasi Fasilitas. Hasil simulasi menunjukan peranan SVC yang cukup signifikan, tegangan jatuh hanya di sekitar 3% dibandingan dengan DOL 10%. Arus pengasutan yang terasa di jaringan pun hanya sekitar 150% dari arus nominalnya dibandingkan dengan DOL yang membutuhkan 560%.

Therefore, an adaptive and participatory managerial approach is needed to ensure that all hospital units accept and fully utilize information technology. An optimally implemented HMIS can have a positive impact on hospital operational efficiency, information transparency, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, increased accuracy of medical data contributes to patient safety and performance evaluation of healthcare personnel. Thus, hospital management supported by a reliable information system becomes a vital foundation in delivering high-quality and sustainable healthcare services.

Rejection Of Judicial Review Petition By The Tax Court: A Legal Analysis Of The Legal Basis And Authority

This article examines the legal basis and authority of the Tax Court in rejecting applications for judicial review (peninjauan kembali “PK”) in Indonesian tax dispute proceedings. Under Indonesia’s current tax court procedure, a PK is an extraordinary legal remedy filed to the Supreme Court through the Tax Court. The Tax Court’s role is not only to forward the case files to the Supreme Court but also to ensure that formal requirements are fulfilled. Applicable law (Law No. 14 of 2002 on Tax Court) limits PK applications to one filing and within a strict deadline. The Tax Court is empowered to refuse or return a PK application that does not meet these legal conditions – for example, if the application is a prohibited second PK, filed past the 3-month time limit, or missing required documents. This authority is grounded in statutory provisions, Supreme Court regulations, and the Tax Court’s own rules. Through normative juridical analysis, this article finds that the Tax Court’s refusal of non-compliant PK applications is legally justified as a gatekeeping function to uphold procedural law and ensure judicial efficiency. The conclusions highlight that the Tax Court’s limited authority in this context aligns with its duty to enforce formal requirements, while the substantive examination of tax disputes via PK remains the prerogative of the Supreme Court.

Reducing Assets Misapropriation in Indonesia Mining Sector Through Fraud Risk Management and Internal Control

This study aims to manage fraud risks related to asset misappropriation or other frauds with limited resources, aligned with the typical internal audit structure in the mining industry. DOID, a coal contractor and mining service provider, is part of the mining industry. Fraud risk management generally follows the internal control framework issued by COSO, which includes 5 components: control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring activities. Currently, DOID focuses solely on control activities, where fraud risk management handles fraud cases directly based on reports received through fraud reporting channels. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews of 5 informants who possess experience and expertise in fraud risk management within their organizations. The interview results, analyzed through axial coding, reveal that risk assessment is the most significant component in mitigating fraud risks, followed by monitoring activities. While control environment and information and communication are essential, they have less impact compared to the previous 2 components. To reduce reliance on control activities, effective integration of risk assessment and monitoring activities is necessary. Based on these findings, the study recommends that organizations identify high fraud risks (fraud risk assessment) and implement regular monitoring activities as preventive measures. This improvement aims to reduce control activities, enabling more efficient fraud case handling, considering that not all internal control components can be implemented simultaneously, ideally, or comprehensively within an organization.

Pembelajaran STEM untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa

Berdasarkan perkembangan zaman, dunia pendidikan banyak mengalami perubahan, termasuk berbagai kompetensi yang di harapkan ada pada siswa sesuai dengan perkembangan abad 21. Saat ini STEM banyak digunakan untuk meningkatkan berbagai kompetensi. Salah satunya kompetensi berpikir kritis siswa sekaligus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran di abad 21. Pembelajaran STEM dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam empat bidang pengetahuan, yaitu keterampilan sains, keterampilan pengoperasian teknologi, pemecahan permasalahan secara teknis, dan keterampilan pada matematika. Namun pencapaian semua kompetensi tersebut haruslah dibarengi dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis sebagai mother of competence dari kompetensi utama dalam empat kompetensi di abad 21. Tujuan penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pembelajaran berbasis STEM yang dilakukan di sekolah, lalu bagaimana hasil yang didapatkan dari penerapan STEM tersebut terhadap siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah ini ialah dengan studi kajian literatur dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Kajian literatur ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengevaluasi serta menafsirkan penelitian yang fokus pada topik penelitian. Artikel ini mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran STEM dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan mengintegrasikan sains, teknologi, teknik dan matematika, sehingga membuat pembelajaran lebih relevan dan menarik. Melalui metode systematic literature review, 10 artikel yang relevan dianalisis. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran STEM efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, artikel ini merekomendasikan penggunaan pembelajaran STEM sebagai alternatif dalam pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan relevan, yang dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.

Hubungan Spiritual Well-Being Dengan Resiliensi Mahasiswa Kedokteran Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

The most severe pressure for most final semester students is to complete a thesis or final project to get a bachelor's degree—this increased pressure experienced by final-semester students. The conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic have a significant mental impact. One way to help overcome pressure is resilience, which is a person's ability to survive, adapt, and develop in overcoming obstacles or difficulties. A good level of spiritual well-being (SWB) will make it easier to solve the problems faced. Previous research shows there is a causal relationship between SWB and resilience in helping individuals deal with stress and providing protection against depression and anxiety. This study aims to determine the relationship between SWB and resilience in final-semester students working on their thesis, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study is an analytic observational study that aims to examine the relationship between spiritual well-being and resilience. Data was collected from 119 respondents through the online Malay Version of the Spiritual Well-Being Scale and Brief Resilience Scale (BRS) questionnaires. Analysis was done descriptively, then the relationship between variables was analyzed using Spearman's correlation. This study reveals a significant correlation between Religious Well-being and resilience level, with a correlation coefficient of 0.269 and a p-value of 0.003. Similarly, a significant relationship was found between Existential Well-being and the Brief Resilience Scale, with a correlation value of 0.374 and a significance level of 0.000. A significant relationship exists between SWB and student resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic, with a moderate correlation level (0.368) and a significant correlation coefficient (0.00003).
