Hubungan Antara Psychological Capital Dengan Work Engagement Pada Karyawan PT Jadi Jaya Nabati

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara psychological capital dan work engagement pada karyawan PT Jadi Jaya Nabati, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur di Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain korelasional, penelitian melibatkan 90 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) dan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), yang telah terbukti valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital memiliki korelasi positif yang kuat dan signifikan dengan work engagement (r = 0,742, p < 0,001). Selain itu, uji asumsi menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan hubungan antar variabel bersifat linear, yang memperkuat validitas hasil analisis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan modal psikologis karyawanmeliputi self-efficacy, hope, resilience, dan optimism merupakan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris bagi pengembangan intervensi berbasis psikologi positif dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia.
