Ancaman Non-Militer dan Strategi Penegakan Hukum Maritim Indonesia

Penelitian ini membahas ancaman non-militer terhadap keamanan maritim Indonesia, termasuk illegal fishing, perompakan, penyelundupan, dan kerusakan lingkungan laut. Fokus penelitian adalah menganalisis strategi penegakan hukum yang diterapkan oleh lembaga terkait untuk menjaga kedaulatan dan keamanan perairan nasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi dokumen, wawancara narasumber, dan analisis kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas penegakan hukum sangat bergantung pada koordinasi antar-lembaga, pemanfaatan teknologi pengawasan, serta dukungan regulasi yang jelas. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan integrasi teknologi untuk menghadapi ancaman non-militer secara berkelanjutan.
