Pengaruh Sistem Penilaian Kinerja, Total Kualitas Manajemen, Tuntutan Pekerjaan, Perilaku Kewarganegaraan, dan Keterlibatan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan di PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tuban

Produktivitas kerja karyawan salah satu rasio antara output yang dihasilkan oleh seseorang karyawan dan input yang dihasilkan seperti waktu kerja tenaga kerja, atau sumber daya lainya dalam ekonomi dan manajemen bahwa lebih produktif seorang karyawan dengan input yang lebih sedikit. Adapun studi ini untuk memenuhi dampak sistem penilaian kinerja, total kualitas manajemen, tuntutan pekerjaan, perilaku kewarganegaraan, dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tuban yang bekerja di bagian produksi dengan menggunakan 150 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui online dengan menggunakan media google form Teknik sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sensus. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem penilain kerja, total kualitas manajemen, tuntutan pekerjaan, perilaku kewaranegaraan dan keterlibatan kerja terhdap produktivitas kerja karywan di PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tuban.
