Pola Pemolisian Dalam Mengendalikan Perilaku Hooliganisme: Studi Kasus Bonek Mania

Penelitian ini menganalisis pola pemolisian yang diterapkan oleh Polrestabes Surabaya untuk mengatasi hooliganisme yang dilakukan oleh suporter Bonek Mania, dengan fokus pada pendekatan preemtif, preventif, dan represif. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi preemtif yang melibatkan komunikasi intensif dengan komunitas suporter dan edukasi mengenai sportivitas telah efektif dalam meredam kekerasan. Meskipun pengamanan selama pertandingan terbukti berhasil, tantangan muncul dalam pengelolaan potensi konflik di luar hari pertandingan dan di media sosial. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan strategi pemolisian yang lebih adaptif, dengan melibatkan kolaborasi yang lebih erat antara polisi dan komunitas suporter untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan tertib.
