LatarBelakang : Perkembangan komunitas online saat ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh pertumbuhan dan perkembangan Internet yang sangat pesat. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas tentang pentingnya komunitas online pada industri di era digital. Metode :Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif untuk menguji hipotesis tentang pengaruh komunitas online dan media sosial terhadap kepercayaan melalui e-WOM dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan software SmartPLS. Hasil : Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Komunitas online dan Media Sosial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepercayaan melalui E-WOM. Kesimpulan : Perusahaan di era digital gencar melakukan pengelolaan komunitas untuk mengendalikan opini yang beredar di kalangan masyarakat. Saat ini komunitas online menjadi bagian dari ekosistem dalam membangun brand perusahaan.
