Hubungan Dosis Deksametason Antenatal dengan Skor Apgar Bayi Prematur di Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon Tahun 2023 – 2025

Kelahiran prematur merupakan salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas neonatal. Pemberian deksametason antenatal diketahui dapat mempercepat maturasi paru janin dan mengurangi komplikasi neonatal. Skor Apgar merupakan indikator kondisi bayi baru lahir, namun hubungan antara regimen dosis deksametason antenatal dengan skor Apgar masih belum konsisten. Mengetahui hubungan dosis deksametason antenatal dengan skor Apgar bayi prematur di Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon tahun 2023–2025. Penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional menggunakan data rekam medis ibu dan bayi prematur yang mendapatkan deksametason antenatal di Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon tahun 2023–2025. Sampel dipilih dengan metode total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Fisher's Exact Test dengan tingkat kemaknaan p<0,05. Sebanyak 163 subjek memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Regimen deksametason 1×12 mg diberikan pada 97 pasien (59,5%) dan 2×6 mg pada 66 pasien (40,5%). Sebagian besar bayi memiliki skor Apgar menit kelima kategori tidak asfiksia (91,4%), sedangkan asfiksia sedang dan berat masing-masing sebesar 6,7% dan 1,8%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara regimen dosis deksametason antenatal dengan skor Apgar bayi prematur (p<0,001). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara regimen dosis deksametason antenatal dengan skor Apgar bayi prematur. Regimen deksametason 1×12 mg memiliki proporsi bayi tanpa asfiksia lebih tinggi dibandingkan regimen 2×6 mg.
