Jalur Perdagangan Global dan Risiko Ancaman Hibrida Bagi Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ancaman hibrida terhadap jalur perdagangan global yang melintasi perairan Indonesia dan mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi mitigasi melalui pendekatan diplomasi maritim, patroli gabungan, dan integrasi teknologi pengawasan modern. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumen terhadap laporan lembaga internasional, kebijakan pemerintah, publikasi akademis, serta wawancara mendalam dengan pakar keamanan maritim dan diplomat. Data dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola ancaman dan efektivitas strategi mitigasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa jalur strategis seperti Selat Malaka, Laut Jawa, dan Laut Sulawesi menghadapi kompleksitas ancaman hibrida yang terus berkembang, mencakup peningkatan aktivitas perompakan di wilayah tertentu, praktik illegal fishing yang menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi signifikan, kerentanan sistem pelabuhan terhadap serangan siber, serta eskalasi ketegangan geopolitik di Laut Cina Selatan. Studi ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi antara diplomasi maritim melalui kerja sama bilateral dan multilateral, patroli gabungan yang diperkuat dengan pertukaran intelijen, serta penerapan teknologi modern seperti drone maritim, satelit penginderaan jauh, dan sistem kecerdasan buatan telah berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan deteksi dini dan respons cepat, yang pada akhirnya menurunkan frekuensi insiden keamanan laut secara signifika. Keberhasilan penanganan ancaman hibrida di jalur perdagangan global Indonesia bergantung pada pendekatan komprehensif yang mengintegrasikan aspek diplomasi, teknologi, dan operasi keamanan. Strategi ini tidak hanya penting untuk menjaga kedaulatan dan stabilitas keamanan nasional, tetapi juga vital dalam mendukung kelancaran perdagangan internasional dan mewujudkan visi Indonesia Emas 2045 sebagai poros maritim dunia. Rekomendasi strategis difokuskan pada penguatan kapasitas pengawasan, optimalisasi kerja sama regional, dan inovasi berkelanjutan dalam teknologi pertahanan maritim.
