Poros Maritim Dunia: Mewujudkan Kedaulatan Indonesia Melalui Teknologi Cerdas

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran teknologi cerdas dalam mewujudkan kedaulatan Indonesia sebagai poros maritim dunia. Sebagai negara kepulauan terbesar dengan wilayah perairan strategis, Indonesia menghadapi berbagai ancaman tradisional dan non-tradisional seperti perompakan, illegal fishing, pelanggaran wilayah, dan ancaman siber. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumen, wawancara mendalam dengan pejabat TNI AL, Bakamla, Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, serta observasi lapangan di wilayah rawan seperti Laut Natuna Utara dan Selat Malaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi sistem pengawasan berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI), drone, dan satelit secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas patroli laut, dengan kemampuan deteksi ancaman mencapai akurasi 92% dan perluasan cakupan patroli hingga 35%. Selain itu, teknologi ini memungkinkan respons yang lebih cepat terhadap insiden keamanan, memperkuat koordinasi antar-lembaga melalui sistem komando terpadu, serta mendukung diplomasi maritim dengan menyediakan data intelijen yang akurat. Meskipun demikian, implementasi teknologi cerdas masih menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur di wilayah timur Indonesia, kesenjangan kompetensi SDM, dan kendala anggaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi teknologi cerdas, didukung oleh pengembangan kapasitas personel dan kebijakan koordinatif yang tepat, merupakan kunci strategis dalam memperkuat kedaulatan maritim Indonesia serta mendukung pencapaian visi Indonesia Emas 2045.
