Riset ini bertujuan menelaah bagaimana kualitas kehidupan kerja, pelatihan SDM, dan tingkat disiplin memengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Sari Makmur Tunggal Mandiri. Studi menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berbentuk survei; data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh 60 karyawan yang terdiri atas pramusaji, staf dapur, dan pegawai kantor. Data dianalisis memakai regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh tiap variabel terhadap kepuasan kerja. Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja serta pelatihan SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan tingkat disiplin tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Implikasinya, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan kerja dan menyediakan pelatihan yang lebih efektif guna menaikkan kepuasan kerja, yang akhirnya dapat mendorong kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan.
